Open the bag and expose one row of foam tape. Grab a tab and pull it off to reveal the removable adhesive tape that is located on top of the cut foam. This tape has been cut smaller than the foam to eliminate it's adhesives from contaminating the foam and cleaning adhesive during manufacturing.
